MyResidential Terms of Service
Software subscription terms for the MyResidential platform.
Last updated: March 2026
Legal review: These terms are provided for transparency and merchant onboarding. They are not a substitute for advice from your lawyer. Stack Foundry Labs ("we", "us") may update them; the date above will change when we do. Your signed order or statement of work prevails if it conflicts with this page.
Agreement
By ordering, paying for, or using MyResidential on behalf of a housing society or similar organisation, you agree to these Terms on behalf of that entity ("Customer"). Individual users agree they are authorised by Customer to use the service.
Service
MyResidential is a cloud-hosted software service for society governance and operations, as described on our product page. Features may evolve; we may add, change, or retire non-material features with reasonable notice where practicable.
Fees & subscription term
- First year: ₹20,000 plus applicable taxes for onboarding and full access for twelve (12) months from the subscription start date in your order (typically from contract signature or go-live, as specified in writing).
- Renewal: ₹10,000 plus applicable taxes per subsequent twelve-month period, due before each renewal period unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Taxes: Fees exclude applicable taxes unless your order states otherwise.
Non-renewal & suspension
If renewal fees are not paid by the due date, we may suspend or end access after notice where required by law or contract. On termination, Customer may request export of Customer data within a reasonable window we specify, where technically feasible and subject to confidentiality and security checks. We may delete data after that window and any applicable legal retention period. Details may be expanded in your order.
Customer responsibilities
- Provide accurate registration information and keep admin contacts current.
- Manage end-user permissions and comply with privacy laws as controller of member data.
- Not use the service for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive activity.
- Not attempt to probe, disrupt, or bypass security or rate limits.
- Maintain backups of critical documents where your internal policies require it.
Intellectual property
We retain all rights in MyResidential, its software, branding, and documentation. Customer retains rights in data Customer and its users submit. We receive a licence to host and process that data solely to provide the service.
Warranties & disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement except where such disclaimers are not enforceable.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill, except for indemnity obligations or wilful misconduct where law does not allow exclusion. Our aggregate liability arising out of the service in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees Customer paid for MyResidential in that period, except where law requires otherwise.
Indemnity
Customer will defend and indemnify us against third-party claims arising from Customer data, Customer's use of the service in breach of these terms, or violation of law—subject to customary conditions (prompt notice, reasonable cooperation, sole control of defence for covered claims) as set out in your order where applicable.
Governing law
Unless your order specifies otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts at a venue we specify in your order (or, if none, a mutually agreed metro) have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
