Refunds & cancellation

How refunds and cancellations work for MyResidential subscriptions.

Last updated: March 2026

This policy summarises our default practice for MyResidential. Your signed order may add specifics (e.g. pilots). Have counsel review if you need binding commitments beyond what is written here.

What you are buying

MyResidential is sold as an annual software subscription. The first year is billed at ₹20,000 plus applicable taxes (onboarding and full access for twelve months from the subscription start date in your agreement). Each renewal year is ₹10,000 plus applicable taxes, unless we agree different pricing in writing.

Cancellation before go-live

If you cancel in writing before we have commenced onboarding or provisioning for your society (whichever we confirm in email), we will refund any fees paid for that subscription within a reasonable period, unless your order states otherwise.

After service has started

Once onboarding or production access has started, fees for the current subscription period are generally non-refundable, because they cover engineering time, configuration, training, and running costs already incurred. We may make exceptions where required by applicable law or where we agree in writing (for example, material failure on our side that we cannot remedy within a stated cure period—if your order includes such a clause).

Renewal

Renewal is not automatic unless your order says so. You may choose not to renew by not paying the renewal invoice before the renewal date. If you do not renew, access may end at the end of the paid period as described in the Terms of Service. Renewal fees paid cover the forward period; if you stop using the service mid-period, we do not typically refund unused months unless law requires or we agree otherwise in writing.

How to cancel or request a refund

Email contact@stackfoundrylabs.com from your society's registered contact with your society name and order reference. We will confirm timelines for access shutdown and any agreed export window.
