Pricing (INR)
First year
₹20,000 plus applicable taxes
Covers onboarding and full product access for the first 12 months. The subscription term starts from the date set out in your order or agreement (typically from go-live or contract date—whichever you agree with us in writing).
What's included (first year): setup assistance, training for committee and admin users, and go-live support during the agreed onboarding window—subject to the scope in your order.
From the second year onward
₹10,000 plus applicable taxes per year
Annual renewal for continued access and updates. Renewal fees are due before the start of each renewal period unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Non-payment, suspension, data retention, and export are described in our MyResidential Terms of Service.
All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR). Taxes (such as GST) are additional where applicable. Commercial terms on this page are a summary; the signed order or agreement prevails if there is any conflict.
Trust & policies
MyResidential is offered by Stack Foundry Labs. We process society and user data only for providing and improving the service, as described in our product privacy notice. Hosting and subprocessors are summarised there.
